Season five finds Nikki (Esther Smith) and Jason (Rafe Spall) dealing with the consequences of Princess (Scarlett Rayner) and Tyler’s (Cooper Turner) biological mother Kat (Charlotte Riley) turning up at their doorstep, and the whirlwind of chaos she brings into their settled family life.
The renewal was first spotted by the account Kino Alert PL after they noted that the series had applied for local funding to the Polish Film Institute (Polski Instytut Sztuki Filmowej), requesting funds of upwards of $2M USD (7.7M Polish złoty), which it was granted.
Netflix officially confirmed the news on April 2nd with a social media post confirming the renewal of season 3 and stating that it would be hitting our screens in 2026.
Billie, still reeling from losing Alex at the end of Season 2, discovers that the only way to rescue her mother is to reunite with her long-lost father.
